Dayli(이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 수집하는 정보, 이용 목적, 보유 기간 및 이용자의 권리에 대해 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

  • 이메일 주소 (회원가입 및 로그인)
  • 닉네임, 나이, 직업 상태, 관심 카테고리 (프로필 설정)
  • 목표·태스크 내용, 완료 여부, AI 인증 사진 (서비스 이용)
  • 알림 수신 시간 설정

2. 개인정보 수집 및 이용 목적

  • 회원 식별 및 서비스 제공
  • AI 기반 목표 달성 인증 처리
  • 목표 달성 리마인더 알림 발송
  • 통계 및 서비스 개선

3. 개인정보 보유 및 파기

수집된 개인정보는 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유하며, 탈퇴 요청 즉시 관련 데이터를 삭제합니다. 단, 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보존이 필요한 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관 후 파기합니다.

4. 제3자 서비스 제공

서비스는 아래 제3자 플랫폼을 이용하며, 각 플랫폼의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

5. 앱 접근 권한 (Android)

  • 카메라: AI 인증을 위한 사진 촬영
  • 알림: 목표 달성 리마인더 수신
  • 접근성 서비스: 목표 미완료 시 지정 앱 차단
  • 다른 앱 위에 표시: 차단 화면 오버레이 표시

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 조회, 수정, 삭제 및 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 계정 탈퇴는 앱 내 설정에서, 데이터 삭제 요청은 아래 연락처로 이메일 문의해 주세요.

3. Retention and Deletion

We retain your data until you delete your account. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed immediately. Data required to be retained by law will be stored for the legally mandated period before deletion.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data at any time. To delete your account, use the in-app settings. For data deletion requests, please contact us by email below.
